About the practice

This is a moment and a space for you to reconnect to yourself through movement, breathing and stillness.

The practice is for everyone and you are welcome as you are. We will start with breath work and a dynamic flow of simple yoga postures, which we repeat several times for you to get familiar with the movements and really drop into the felt sense of your body and breath.

This part is followed by a moment in stillness for you to notice what the physical movements and the breath work has brought up and explore the more subtle movements of energy, thoughts, emotions and sensations in a guided meditation. The practice is wrapped up with a guided relaxation to help you integrate it all and release what is no longer needed. 

Each practice has its own theme and focus, so if you join them all you will get something new to explore each time.

About the practicalities

The series consists of 3 sessions, but it is up to you if you join all of them or just one or two. You book individual tickets for each session.

About Stina @stinamadelaireyoga

Stina has been teaching yoga since 2009. She draws inspiration from various styles of yoga in her practice and teachings, originally trained in Anusara yoga but for the past years mainly been studying and applying the ideas, concepts and philosophy of Embodied Flow. 

Empowerment, community and authenticity are key words in her approach to yoga and life and at the core of her teachings is the idea that everyone should be free to find their own way of expression and create their own unique path through an ongoing exploration of and curiosity about what is actually happening inside and outside. 

Besides teaching weekly classes in Copenhagen at NOR, online classes at Yogavivo.dk and office yoga in companies, she is hosting retreats in Denmark several times a year. 

Stina is passionate about creating community and was the co-founder and organizer of Copenhagen Yoga Festival for eight years. With MOMENTS of FLOW at Res-Res she looks forward to bringing people together in a nice location to share the practices she loves and loves sharing.
