We offer unlimited returns, valid from the day you receive your goods.
Goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received and in original packaging with original tags and labels. Products that do not meet the aforementioned requirements can not be returned.

The package must be sent directly to our address, and we recommend to send the package instance with a parcel post, with a track and trace number. Once we have received the product and accepted the return, we will immediately transfer the purchase amount directly into your account. We will refund to the credit card which the goods were purchased. Please enclose registration and account number for future reference. Bank transfer. And remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Returning products is its own expense and must be made with delivery directly to our address.
