General Res Res conditions.
All packages from Res-Res are sent as parcels, so it is always possible to track the package via the various tracking systems. All items are insured during shipping and when you receive your package, please immediately check that everything is as it should be. Is the package and / or the contents damaged upon receipt, this must be reported immediately to the distributor and at the latest 2 days after receiving the shipment. Then please return the damaged goods to us immediately so that we can help to deal with the matter quickly. Res-Res is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. The responsibility lies solely with the distributor, in most cases Post Nors. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of cargo damage is minimized.

We accept no liability for errors and omissions excepted.

Delivery
Res-Res always working to ensure the best possible experience - therefore we pack every day, and the sender within 48 hours after you have placed your order. Once the order is packed you will receive your tracking number from the distributor. Then you can then follow the package. The vast majority of packages you can expect to receive within 72 hours after you placed your order. Packages sent overseas will typically take 48 hours extra. Should there be delays at the distributor, the Res-Res not be held liable.

Shipping in Denmark
All packages are sent via GLS and can be tracked directly through the tracking numbers provided.

Shipping abroad
All packages are shipped via international distributors and can be tracked directly through the tracking numbers.

Sold out
We apologize if the item you wish is sold out, but you are always welcome to contact us directly via email or facebook - where you can hear about ordering options and when the product should be in stock again. You can write to us at shop@res-res.com or contact us via our facebook page.

Payment
At Res-Res.com you can pay with credit cards such as VISA / Dankort, EURO / MASTERCARD, VISA / Electron and America Express. The amount will be deducted from your Account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. When placing orders booked amount from your account. All prices at Res-Res.com are in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is for a non-EU country. See section DUTY AND VAT

Customs and VAT
If you order from an EU country pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules on free movement of goods. Goods sent from Res-Res.com can not be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU, in an attempt to evade local duties and taxes.

If you order the other hand, from a country outside the EU, can suffer local taxes and duties which we can not be held responsible for, but then deducted Danish VAT. If this is the case you will be contacted by carrier. Be aware that this may delay the shipment part because the goods are held in customs. It is your responsibility as a customer to contact the carrier and pay the extra costs inflicted.
