Return Policy

We offer unlimited days of return. But there are still some rules to be followed...

NOTE: our Leftover Sales items, can be exchanged within 14 days.

  • Please make sure to handle all products with care, when you are trying them on. All returned products have to be unworn, unwashed and without stains or odors from make-up and perfume. All original tags and labels have to be on them.
  • Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • We do not offer free returns, we ask you to cover the shipping costs yourself. 
  • You are very welcome to return your weborder in our store in Nørrebro to avoid return shipping.

If you return the package via mail, we recommend to ensure that it gets tracked and to save the shipping receipt (if one is provided) as proof that you have delivered the package to the carrier. Once we have received the product and accepted the return, we will immediately issue the refund back to your account/credit card.

Shipping Fees

  • Denmark: 39 DKK (free shipping above 500,-) / click & collect
  • Europe: +150 DKK
  • Rest of the world: +200 DKK

For orders in Denmark, we offer free shipping for orders above 500 DKK. All packages are sent to GLS ParcelShops via GLS. If you do not indicate a ParcelShop nearby, we select one that is close to you. All parcels can be tracked online. Alternatively, you can directly collect your parcel in our store in Nørrebro to avoid unnecessary shipping.

For orders within Europe (EU + Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain) shipping fees are +150 DKK per parcel. 

For all other international orders, shipping fees are +200 DKK per parcel. 

All international parcels are sent via DHL Express and can be tracked online.

Delivery Times

Res-Res is always working to ensure the best possible experience. We pack web-orders every day and drop them off at the parcel shop within 48 hours after you placed your order.  Once the order is packed you will receive your tracking number via email. For orders within Denmark, you can expect to receive your order within 3-4 days after you placed your order. International packages will typically take 5-6 days. Res-Res is not liable for delays caused by the distributor. 

Liability / Damage

All items are insured during shipping. When you receive your package, please immediately check that everything is as it should be. Res-Res is not liable for damage caused by the distributor. If the package and / or the contents are damaged upon receipt, this must be reported immediately to the distributor and at the latest 2 days after receiving the shipment. Please return the damaged goods to us immediately so we can help to deal with the matter quickly. We always pack the goods with utmost care, so the risk of damage is minimized.

All products comes with a 2 years warranty. Please sent documentation of the faulty to shop@respectresources.dk and we will handle it as fast as possible.

Sold Out Items

We apologize if the item you wish is sold out, but you are always welcome to contact us directly via email - where you can hear about ordering options and when the product should be in stock again. You can write to us at shop@respectresources.dk. 

Payment

At res-res.com you can pay with credit cards such as VISA / Dankort, EURO / MASTERCARD, VISA / Electron and America Express. The amount will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our store. When placing orders the amount is booked on your account. All prices at res-res.com are in DKK and include 25% VAT, unless the item is for a non-EU country. See section ‘Customs and VAT’.

Customs and VAT

All orders shipped to countries outside the EU might be subject to custom clearance. If you want to know more about specific rules for custom clearance in your country, you need to contact your local customs authority. We do not have the possibility to refund VAT, MVA or similar and any dispute concerning customs, VAT or other duties is not the concern of Res-Res.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible if your order has not been shipped yet. We are preparing packages every day so we should receive your cancellation or change as soon as possible after your order placement. Please send us an email or give us a call.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we treat all personal information confidential and never pass on information to third parties. Your bank details are not available for Res-Res as these are always treated encrypted and securely through our payment provider.
